The device plugs into the wall to access your home wiring, which a) activates the frequencies in the chip and b) amplifies these frequencies c) creates a coherent field to compete with the INCOHERENT fields of frequencies that piggyback on your home wiring from your devices, smart meters, nearby cell towers, etc.

Per manufacturer, it takes a week or two for your body to entrain itself/adjust into resonance with this healthier field. Also per the manufacturer, there may be a period of detox, with some discomfort as your body adjusts. They recommend making sure you drink plenty of water during this period. It occurs to us that you could also limit the hours per day you use the device, if the detox bothers you - working your way up gradually as needed. This device is expensive in comparison to other EMF protection products - but also promising, and the reviews are quite good. Per manufacturer, it's effective range is a spherical field of 45 meters radius/90 meters diameter. There are also still more powerful devices from the same manufacturer, for larger areas.

This high intensity light can have very detrimental effects on the macula (retina) of the eye. If you're in front of screens a lot - and especially if you're a little older - an eye supplement with lutein and other eye-friendly ingredients is a good idea. This the one we use. The recommended dosage is 3 capsules a day. We take a little less - but it's still made a difference in how our eyes feel !

One caution with this product : at Amazon checkout, be sure the seller is EMR Shielding Solutions. It appears that other sellers have occasionally "bumped" them out of their buy box, and sent people a different hat. This does happen on Amazon sometimes - so before you buy, be sure the seller's correct !
