Contribute an Article to LWW !
Our goal with Living Waters Wellness is to :
- Inspire people to be their best possible selves
- Share ideas and initiatives which may be new to them
- Help them find new friends and coworkers in this world
- Help them change their world for the better
If you share these goals, or have special knowledge or expertise or in some area, please consider writing an article for LWW - or contributing one you've found elsewhere. If you'd like to contribute an article of your own, please briefly introduce yourself and your idea in the form below.
We have in mind an intelligent audience, but not necessarily one that's highly educated or already familiar with the subject you have in mind. You'll notice from our LWW articles that we favor shorter words and sentences over longer ones. No matter how complex the idea, we strive for a style that's direct and accessible. And where we introduce a new concept or any specialized vocabulary, we take care to include a brief, clear definition to make it transparent to newcomers.
If you're considering writing an article for LWW, you might use this scenario to get you started :
You meet someone in an airport, and have a great conversation. You tell the person about a subject you know well and are enthusiastic about.
Later the person contacts you and says "Gosh, it was so great to hear about (your subject). I'd really like to be able to share this with my friends. I have gatherings at my house where different people tell about things they do or know. They're friends, family, people from work - quite a mix of people, and the conversation is really lively. Could you write something up for me, that I could read to them, and then give them a copy of ?"
The article you write (or contribute) should thus be of an introductory nature, and of a style that would work even if read aloud. If you'd like to submit a more scholarly piece, just include a solid introduction or overview, written in the spirit of these guidelines. The more detailed article could then be accessed with a link.
Whatever the case, if you connect closely with some idea or initiative in the spirit of "living water", and want to share this, please contact us and introduce your theme !

If you'd also like to submit an article - original or not - to our Living Waters Wellness Facebook page, you can just post it to the page. It won't post immediately, but we'll look at it, and if it fits our presentation and content guidelines above, we'll approve it. We won't post everything we receive - but most of what appears on LWW Facebook does come from other sources !
